She believes that clients deserve high quality lash treatment that protects natural lash integrity, and results in high retention. Her advanced education and lashing techniques ensure this quality service.

Most women perceive extensions to be damaging, painful, short-lived and not worth it. She is committed to push the boundaries and educate her clients every step of the way — empowering them to make an informed decision, and delivering the highest quality for their experience.

How?

Your natural lash hair is just like hair on your head. If you tug or clip something heavy on single strand of hair, it will be pulled out and will shed prematurely. This is because it cannot endure the weight that you are adding to it.

Similarly, your natural lashes follow the same fate when heavy extensions are adhered onto them; they shed prematurely. Over a long period of time, your lash growth becomes sparse and thin, that is when you can visibly see the damage. But we prevent the damage before it gets to that point.

Extensions are always customized to protect the integrity of your natural lashes. If you have thin and sparse lashes, we only apply weight that suits your lashes. We go shorter in length or thinner in diameter, which translates to overall weight added onto your natural lashes. When the extensions suit your natural lashes, your little babies will grow in it’s full glory without being interrupted. All of this assessment is taken into account without compromising much on the look you want to achieve.

WHY?

Achieving good retention is something we work very closely with our clients because good retention means differently for everyone for e.g. someone who rubs their eyes all the time may have a harder time than someone who does not.

There are numerous factors that retention depends on, but two major factors are i) Application and ii) After-care. We help you take care of both. We ensure the application is proper — the right technique, the right amount of adhesive, the right angle of placement, etc. (let’s not get too nerdy and technical here!). Then, we make sure you have the right knowledge and after-care kit to keep your lashes healthy and clean. These two elements makes the magic combination to an outstanding retention.
